Jonathan Thiel joined Berger Commercial Realty as a Sales Associate in 2012. Jonathan’s experience in Hospital Management and charitable organizations has given him a foundation of strong interpersonal skills and marketing background. Jonathan is a native Floridian with numerous local personal and professional contacts. These attributes have propelled Jonathan into a very successful commercial real estate career. Jonathan’s initial years in the business have resulted in securing numerous listings, multiple closed sales representing both sellers and buyers, as well as successful representation of landlords in leasing industrial and office properties, and successful tenant representation assignments. In 2014, Jonathan was named Berger Commercial Realty’s Top Broker Under 30. Jonathan’s community involvement includes St. Thomas Alumni Association, Florida International University Alumni Association, South Florida Office Broker’s Association, NAIOP, and Young Professionals for Covenant House.

Daniel Forman joined Berger Commercial Realty as a Sales Associate in 2020. His background in both the finance and marketing fields has prepared him to excel in the real estate industry and serve his clients well. Being a third generation South Floridian, whose family has been heavily involved in the commercial real estate industry, has given him a clear understanding of the market. Daniel focuses on acquisitions/dispositions and leasing of industrial land, warehousing, and distribution centers. His extensive volunteering with numerous nonprofit organizations and professional groups has provided him with many contacts in and throughout the South Florida community.

Mr. Graves specializes in providing strategic commercial and industrial real estate services including lease acquisition and disposition, market and site analyses, financial analyses, transaction structuring, and long-term strategic planning. Through his knowledge and experience he is able to create value-added services for clients throughout the entire real estate process, from identifying specific client needs, to analyzing markets, lease/sale negotiations, as well as post-closing services. Mr. Graves’ client base includes institutional clients, high net worth individuals, local entrepreneurs, and private equity funds.

Mr. Graves has more than 34 years of experience in South Florida’s commercial real estate market and a long history of successful agency and tenant representation, and disposition transactions. Keith has been named a Power Broker by Co-Star multiple years in both office and industrial properties.
